INTRODUCTION

Strategy is about planning. Planning is about tactics. Strategy commences with the setting of a vision and realizing that vision through small, achievable goals. People who work in strategic planning help set goals, decide what actions need to be taken by employees, and help employees begin to achieve those goals.

In this workshop you will be able to complement your existing skills with effect strategic planning skills and overcome the barriers of execution to make your strategy work.
