INTRODUCTION
A performance appraisal process and meeting that are properly carried out can add value to both employees and company’s development and growth.

This 1-Day or 2-Day workshop is designed to equip supervisors with the right approach and human skills to adopt when conducting a performance appraisal meeting.

COURSE DURATION
