The Leading Manager Series

In this Millennial, managers are expected to play multi-roles and to be able to multi-tasks. No longer are managers seen as mere administrators who keep their house in order, they are expected to play a more dynamic role in a holistic way.

This 10-module programme is designed to develop an individual into a Leading Manager of the 21st Century with all round leadership and managerial skills. The 10-module will be divided into 5 sessions, 2 days per session. Each module will be conducted in a day.

Each of the modules will be run as a full-day session from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The whole Programme will take 10 days to deliver. We recommend 5 x 2-day sessions; each session will cover 2 modules. The whole Programme will run for 5 months. This Programme can be further customized to suit client’s training needs.
