INTRODUCTION

Anger and stress are inherent biological triggers. They are feelings that we have since we were an infant. We cannot eliminate them forever for they are necessary feelings for our survival and self-preservation but they can also cause us much harm if we cannot manage feelings of anger and stress.

This workshop is designed to help you identify the triggers of anger and stress and empower you with the insight, tools and techniques on how to manage anger and stress to your benefit and good health.

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  2. Know the benefits and damages of anger and stress
  3. Gain a better understanding of anger and the natural anger cycle

  6. Learn about helpful and unhelpful ways of dealing with anger and stress
  7. Develop techniques for dealing with angry people
  8. Master strategies for gaining control of anger and stress in all situations
  9. Discover some productive ways of “blowing off steam”
  10. Learn how to improve home and work life by managing your anger and stress better
