INTRODUCTION


The Professional Certificate in Sales Management programme is designed to provide candidates with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively pursue a career in sales management, and/or further their studies to an undergraduate or postgraduate level (depending on the level of accreditation of their prior learning and working experience); such advanced standing options are available through KMDC.

This programme will enable the candidates to achieve a broad understanding of business and management principles as they apply them to the key functions of the organisation. The contents of the programme will ensure that they are equipped with the necessary knowledge & skills in order for them to manage a high performing sales team.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES

At the end of the programme, candidates will be able to:
• Explain concepts and principles in business, and apply them appropriately to specific issues/topics
• Analyse business situations and case studies using appropriate approaches, theories
  and/or principles
Demonstrate logical, critical and creative approaches in problem solving

METHODOLOGY

The programme is delivered through seminars, interactive session, discussions, self-discovery exercises, workshops, business simulation games, presentations and case studies.
