INTRODUCTION
The Professional Certificate in Sales Management programme is designed to provide candidates with
the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively pursue a career in sales management, and/or further
their studies to an undergraduate or postgraduate level (depending on the level of accreditation of
their prior learning and working experience); such advanced standing options are available through
KMDC.
This programme will enable the candidates to achieve a broad understanding of business and management
principles as they apply them to the key functions of the organisation. The contents of the programme
will ensure that they are equipped with the necessary knowledge & skills in order for them to manage
a high performing sales team.
