Course Overview

The Leadership Journey provides an in-depth experience for developing our success as a leader – not only in our current position but in the journey beyond. Through a variety of approaches, the course draws out and builds on participants’ leadership capabilities. Participants will examine and integrate the insights they have gained into their own leadership style and behaviour. This course will also help prepare participants for future leadership challenges – including addressing their potential “derailers.”

Target Audience

The course is designed for executives who want to enhance their effectiveness as strategic leaders. Senior and high-potential managers from the private, public and non-profit sectors are welcome. The course is particularly helpful for executives who are expanding the scope of their leadership or want to prepare for next-level challenges.

Managing anger can help in reducing the intensity of conflicts, and gives us an understanding of anger as a normal emotion with the potential for both positive and negative outcomes. This course will enable each participant to recognise the nature of anger in the workplace and provide effective tools to manage anger before it gets out of control.

Target Audience

This course is for staff that has difficulty coping with stressful situations or have had difficulty in expressing emotions effectively. This course will also be beneficial for any staff who wishes to discover innovative approaches for managing anger and resolving difficult situations.

THE ART OF BEING BRILLIANT

Course Overview

What would it be like if people saw you as a brilliant communicator? How would it be if people liked you instantly? What would it feel like to be so influential that people around you listen carefully to your proposals and then accepted them? This course uses Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to enhance skills, develop new ways of thinking and discover how to be so much better at whatever it is that you do. After all, if you do what you always did, you will get what you have always got. If it is not working particularly well, stop doing it and try something different – a NLP approach can make all the difference.

Target Audience

Anyone who is interested in doing things better. All that is needed is an open mind, a sense of fun and a willingness to join in.

This course provides participants with the tools and techniques to substantially enhance their performance and results. They will recognise their lateral and logical abilities and gain self-confidence to deal with day to day issues, problems and challenges.

People whose work involve solving complex problems or meeting new challenges where the solutions are not always obvious.

Today, the modern manager must fulfil a multimedia of roles. As well as having the technical expertise in their field, the manager must have distinct personal qualities such as initiative, empathy, adaptability and persuasiveness which, in turn, are based on self-awareness, self-control and self-motivation. These are the skills of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) – the ability to recognise and regulate one’s own feelings, be sensitive to the feelings and emotions of others, and to use feelings to guide individuals.

Target Audience

Anyone with management responsibilities who wishes to develop skills in handling the emotional aspects of interpersonal relationships and the motivation of others.
