FPAM Trade Membership (Module 1 & Challenge Status): RM50 per annum; FPAM Associate membership (Module 2-6): RM150 per annum. You need to be a member of FPAM to be eligible to sit for FPAM CFP examination. |

* To be eligible for KMDC CFP - Corporate Package, one must be either part time or full time staff of any financial institution: mutual fund, banks, finance, insurance, financial planning, retirement & estate planning and etc. Full time students and fresh graduates are also entitled to this discounted rate as well. Fees shown here is the after discount rate.
**To enrol under KMDC CFP - Smart Package, one must make one lump sum payment of all six modules plus Application Fee of RM5700 in advance. Withdrawal will attract a penalty fee of RM200 per module.
*** To be eligible for KMDC CFP - RFP Package, one must have already taken and passed RFP program (minimum requirement: RFP Module 1 & 2), and must sign up CFP Module 1 and 2 plus at least one other CFP module (@ normal corporate rate) at the same time. |

- KMDC CFP programme consists
of 6 + 1 = 7 full day session, including 1-day mock examination and revision seminar instructor-led sessions per module.
- Course materials included course manual, lecture/revision notes and sample exam papers.
- Refreshments provide for public sessions held in KL and PJ centre only.
- Free training workshops for KL and PJ learning members (about additional 8 - 24 hours) on financial calculators, time value of money, study and research skills and financial planning software; and seminars on wealth management, financial planning and etc.
- Free Canadian's PlanPlus financial planning software (online Student Version) for Module 1 & 6 students; while others (M2, M3, M4 and M5) pay only RM50 access fee per semester.
- Free replacement session(s), subject to availability, for KL and PJ public sessions only.
- Repeats/re sits available, admin fee applies****, for KL & PJ public sessions only. All are subject to seat availability.
- KMDC Learning Resource: e-materials in CD-ROM and or e-learning portal; and access to KDU College Resource Centre.
1. ****Resits/Repeats: KMDC offers the opportunities for all learning members (Module 1-6) to re sit or repeat a module (i.e. module already taken in the previous semester and/or the same module in the same semester):
Option 1: RM180 (for 6 days of classes and lecture notes only, excluding mock exam and revision seminar)
Option 2: RM200 (for 6 days of classes, lecture notes, plus 1-day mock exam and revision seminar)
Option 3: RM 120 (for 1 day exam revision seminar only)
2. CFP Challenge Status (CS) students are entitled to attend Modules 2-5 sessions at a special discounted rate:
Option 1: RM500 per module (for 6 days of classes, course manual, lecture notes plus 1 extra day of mock exam and revision seminar only);
Option 2: RM200 per module (for course manual, lecture notes and 1 day mock exam and revision seminar only, excluding 6 days of normal sessions).
3. Refresher courses for KMDC Alumni: KMDC welcomes alumni back for refresher course at RM250 per module (for 6 days of classes, course manual and lecture notes only).
For the special privileges listed above, reservation is required on first come first served basis and is subject to availability of seats.
FPAM Membership Fee: Candidates who undertake
to pursue AFPM (Module 1) course or Challenge Status (Module 6), needed to apply to
become a Trade Member of Financial Planning Association
of Malaysia (FPAM). Annual Fee RM50.00 payable to FPAM. For
Associate member, annual fee is RM150.00
**FPAM Examination fee: payable to FPAM.
1. Special rate for
FPAM Charter members:- Charter Members of FPAM contribute their support for the development
of the financial planning industry in Malaysia. If you
are employed by any of FPAM Charter Members, you
need only pay RM200 examination fee for each sitting.
2. For FPAM Corporate members, the examination fee is RM250 per sitting.
3. For others, RM300 per sitting.
