Vacancy : Customer Relationship Executive (20 positions)
Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent high quality service over the phone.
- Analyse customer's inquiries and provide appropriate solution.
- Highlight on customer feedback to better improve customer satisfaction level.
- Identify opportunity for cross selling.
Min Requirement:
- Fresh Graduate or Diploma holders.
- Should be fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English. Being able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Team player, yet able to work independently with minimum supervision and/or under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills / Patient & has strong passion for customer service.
- Flexibility to work on rotation/staggered/shift hours including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.
