Mr. Andrew Kok Keng Siong is currently the Executive Director of SQ Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, a professional consulting firm providing taxation and business advisory services. As an approved Tax Agent and a practising Chartered Secretary, he has more than 15 years of wide and diversified working experience involving in tax advisory, tax compliance and business advisory services.
Andrew Kok conducts taxation training programs on a regular basis and has been lecturing in a local university and various colleges specialising in taxation papers for professional examinations. He is also a moderator for the subject “Malaysian Taxation” for an examination conducted by a UK Professional Association.
Andrew graduated with an Honours Degree in Accountancy and a professional qualification in Chartered Secretaryship from the UK. He is a Certified Member of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia and holds a Masters Degree in Financial Planning. He is a Fellow Member of both the Malaysian Institute Of Taxation and the Institute Of Chartered Secretaries And Administrators and had served in the Council of these two institutes.

Mr. Benson Ooi was attached with the Ministry of Justice as a Court Interpreter for 9 years since 1987. During the tenure of his appointment he has served in Magistrate, Session and High Courts of Johor Bahru, Georgetown and Kuala Lumpur.
In 1996, he left for Queensland, Australia to complete his law studies. He was conferred with the LLB Degree by Bond University in December, 1997. He joined the Malaysian Bar in December, 1998 and had since then joined M/S. IQBAL HAKIM SIA & VOO (JOHOR BAHRU) as the Head of Litigation Department. His scope of work includes the operation and management of the said department, attending to Civil Litigation, Industrial Relations, Arbitration and also consultation for corporate matters.
In year 2002 he joined Great Vision Wealth Planners Sdn Bhd, an associate company under the wing of ING Insurance Bhd as their Legal Advisor and Consultant. He obtained CFP from FPAM in 2002 and in 2003 he was conferred DSLP post-graduate Diploma in Syariah Law & Pracitce by International Islamic, University of Malaysia and was working as Independent Advisor for ING Insurance's Teamwork Agency Penang. Currently, he is the State Manager of SFP (Northern Region Malaysia) and part-time CFP facilitator.

Mr. Elwin Lau has been involved in financial services industry since 1981. He has held many managerial positions in leading local and international companies in Malaysia. His involvements are mainly in insurance, unit trust and financial planning. He holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree from the University of London, United Kingdom.
Furthering his academic pursuits, he successfully completed the Associates of The Australian Insurance Institute of Australia (AAII) in 1986. In 1999, he was awarded the Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) by The Australian Insurance Institute. In 2001, he qualified as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) awarded by the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia. He completed the Diploma in Financial Planning conducted by The Malaysian Insurance Institute and The Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) awarded by The American College of America in 2002. He was awarded the Registered Financial Planning (RFP) by Malaysia Financial Planning Council (MFPC) in 2004. He also holds a Master in Financial Planning (MFP) with The University of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
Elwin Lau is an Agency Manager with a leading life insurance and unit trust companies. He is involved in building a team of qualified financial planners and those who inspire to be a financial planner. He is also a lecturer/facilitator to the Malaysian Insurance Institute in The Registered Financial Planner (RFP) Course and Certified Financial Planning (CFP) with KMDC.

Ms. Eng Meei Yu is currently Director and Principal Consultant for MyFP Services
Sdn Bhd, a licensed financial planning company by Securities Commission, providing
comprehensive and independent advice. In addition to consulting with and servicing
MyFP’s clients, she is responsible for advisory standards, Financial Planning tool
developments, operations & administration for the company. She is also the Director
of Business Support for Independent Financial Planners Network (iFPN), a platform
that provides advisory and financial planning tools to professional companies needing
support to offer financial planning and advisory services in affiliation with iFPN. She
is a well known lecturer and trainer in the field of financial planning and regularly
lectures for the CFP Program.
Ms. Eng obtained her B. Sc. (Hons.) in Mathematics and Computing from Queen Mary
College, University of London. She is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). She
has over 10 years experience in banking, specialising in the development and
marketing of retail financial services with in-depth exposure in bank loans and
deposit products, unit trusts, insurance, electronic distribution channels and various
other financial related services. Subsequently, she gained experience in a foreign
controlled life insurance company where she was a key member of the team that
developed alternative distribution channels and bancassurance.

Mr. Gan Eng Wee is a financial consultant for TGF Advisory Services Sdn. Bhd., a professional services company providing corporate consultancy and personal financial planning and advisory services. Currently, he facilitates the Certified Financial Planner certification course with KMDC and various financial planning programmes for several financial institutions.
Prior to this, he has worked in various capacities in different industries in different parts of the world – Regional Director of Operations of an advertising company (Malaysia), Director of International Finance for a telecommunications company (USA), Financial Controller of a bank (Japan), Finance Manager of an FMCG company (Taiwan, Singapore). Gan started his career as an auditor for one of the Big Four accounting firm in Singapore.
He served as a Board member in the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia from 2003 to 2007.
Mr. James Cheong Chee Weng is an accountant, a Practitioner of Comprehensive Financial Planning and Senior Partner of IPP Wealth Planners Sdn Bhd, James is a strong believer of Comprehensive Financial Planning for both Business Owners & individuals.
For Business Owners, the emphasis is on Business continuation / succession & other areas of Business Insurance Planning

Mr. Ken Lo is Managing Director/CEO of Money Concepts Malaysia
Mr. Ken Lo is the Managing Director cum CEO of Money Concepts Malaysia Sdn Bhd. Money Concepts Malaysia is a licensee of Money Concepts Asia.
Mr. Lo has over 10 years of vast experience as financial adviser to businessmen,
investors and individuals. His corporate clients come from all kinds
of industries such as manufacturing, consumer products distributing, property
developing, real estate brokering, legal firms, fund managing firms and etc.
Mr. Lo is also a familiar face in the training, lecturing and conventions circuit in
Malaysia. He was involved in developing CFP lecturing materials and sat in the
Academy Board of Institute of Management Studies (IMS) from 2002-2003 to monitor
the development and progress of CFP lecturing materials.
Mr. Lo holds numerous qualifications, the B. Eng (Hon) UK, International Certificate
for Financial Adviser (ICFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
He is now a member of the Board of Governors of FPAM, Chairman Of Practice Standard Review Committee and former President of Rotary Club Of Tanjung Aru, Kota Kinabalu (1992/1993). He was the founder and Managing Director of the first Will Writing company, Rockwills in Malaysia. Mr. Lo is formerly a Senior Agency Manager of Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad.
Mr. Lo is a very much sought after speaker and he had been invited to share his experiences as a guest speaker at numerous associations, events and conventions, such as Chartered Financial Consultant Convention, National Association Malaysia Life Insurance Agent & Financial Adviser (NAMLIFA), MIA (Malaysian Institute of Accountant) and Malaysian Architects Association (PAM), to name a few. Mr. Lo has also graced the international platform of The 8th Asia Pacific Financial Planning Conference 2006 in Singapore.
Mr. Lo has also been invited by the media to share his ideas and opinions on Financial Planning. He has been invited to radio talk show and recently, he was featured in a live talk show, Fast Forward, RTM2 with another 2 guest speakers on "Retirement Planning in Malaysia".
Mr. Looi Ming Foo is a Certified Financial Planner and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the International Management Center, Buckingham, U. K.
Looi began his career in D & C Bank (now RHB Bank Berhad) in 1978. He later joined an advertising firm as Accounts Assistant. During his tenure with the advertising firm, he was instrumental in developing and implementing financial systems for the firm besides managing the accounting and finance of the Company. He later rose through the ranks to become the Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary of the advertising group of companies which had become the country’s top advertising agency group with billings exceeding RM120 million.
Together with his wife, Looi ventured into the Life Insurance industry in 1993 as financial planning was his forte and passion. Together they managed an agency with several agents working with them. During this time, he has trained and coached several life insurance agents in sales. They also helped their clients in arranging insurance coverage for their property and liability risks.
Looi is currently the Divisional Director of AAO Pana Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd (formerly known as RHB Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd), being primarily responsible for the Corporate Services Division as well as being actively involved in business development for the Company.

Mr. Ong Eu Jin is the Chief Operating Officer and an executive director of OSK Trustees Berhad, a trust corporation registered under the Trust Companies Act 1949. He is the author of a number of industry bestsellers namely Your Guide to Estate Planning and Administration, Your Guide to Trusts in Financial Planning and Can Wealth Lasts Three Generations? He has also been a frequent contributor of articles to The Edge and Smart Investor and has written for The New Straits Times, FPAM 4E Journal and MPH Quill.
He has been a speaker for many seminars including those organized by the Malaysian Stock Exchange, the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM), Wanita MCA, MPH as well as for the OSK’s Women and Wealth Conference. As one who has extensive experience in the subjects of will-writing, trusts and Real Estate Investment Trusts, he has been interviewed on radio, television and most major newspapers including The Star, Sin Chew, The Sun and Financial Daily.
Formerly practicing as a lawyer, Eu Jin holds a Bachelor of Laws from a British university, a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Laws. His scope of practice as a lawyer was primarily in litigation. He has also advised clients in a diversified range of corporate and commercial matters.
Eu Jin is also a Certified Member of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia.
Mr. Samiappan Marappan has served as an Associate Professor in Actuarial Science at the Faculty of Information Technology and Quantitative Sciences, University of Technology Mara. He has more than 20 years of experience in lecturing on the fields of Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Insurance and Financial Planning. He also provides research and consulting services for universities and public and private companies.
Besides his full commitment in lecturing and consulting works, Mr. Samiappan has a great interest in software development as well. He has embarked on the design and development of Financial Planning software, especially tailored to meet the requirements of Financial Industry in Malaysia. In addition, he also actively develops and promotes the education of Financial Planning among the practitioners. He has been invited to be the CFP Module 2 Examiner for CFP Exam by FPAM.
Mr. Samiappan received his B. Sc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Malaya, and earned his M.Phil in Actuarial Science from City University in London, U.K. He is also a CFP holder and a certified member of FPAM.

Mr. Yap Kam Cheng holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from the Manchester Polytechnic, England and a post-graduate qualification in Business Administration from the Aston Business School in Birmingham, England. He is also an accredited Certified Financial Planner.
He started his career in 1982 with a local merchant bank and was involved in corporate advisory, lending, project financing and investment activities.
He joined an international insurance company in 1987 as Head of the Investment Department. His primary responsibility was in securing a broad diversification to the insurance investment portfolio and shifting emphasis on asset allocations to meet actuarial requirements. Insurance assets under his management included government securities, corporate bonds, equities, mortgage loans, landed properties and offshore investments.
Mr Yap subsequently joined a company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia with interests in property development, bulk storage handling, hotels and food franchising business – in 1990 as General Manager, Business Development. He has been posted to different subsidiaries to improve their respective operating efficiencies. In 1994, he successfully led a mineral processing subsidiary to achieve the first ISO 9002 status for an ultra-fine micronising company in Malaysia.
In addition to lecturing for the Certified Financial Planning programme, Mr Yap occasionally lectures for the Certified Financial Analyst (Level 1) course.
