Trainer: Angeline Yong
EXPERIENCE Angeline Yong has 18 years of corporate working experience across different industries such as education, information technology, FMCG (Fast Moving Consumable Goods) and talent development, training and coaching. Over the years, Angeline has worked on various roles ranging from Sales, Operations to Business Development to Country Manager to Business Owner.
She has trained thousands of professionals and executives and coached many managers. She enjoys the process of engaging, coaching and guiding managers and leaders alike in different roles to grow from good to great.
Her training and coaching work has taken her beyond Malaysia to South East Asia.
Many leaders Angeline trained and coached have benefited from having journeyed with her. The success stories of some of these engagements are documented in the book “Success, Money & Passion: Finding the Perfect Balance at Work” by Daniel Lee & Angeline Yong and published by Advantage Quest Publications.
Angeline has been fortunate and blessed to work on with her business partner, Lee Kwan Leong have produced measurable results and generated significant Return on Investment (ROI) and Return on Expectations (ROE) for their clients. One of the key success factors of these projects and work is due to Angeline’s ability to connect, relate with and develop a mutually trusting relationship with her clients.
QUALIFICATIONS Angeline is a Certified Personality Plus trainer and she is one of only six Certified Instructors in Malaysia by Class Services in the US.
She was trained and certified in the United States of America by Florence Littauer, best-selling author of “Personality Plus” (which has sold more than one million copies and translated into 14 languages), and one of the most sought after speakers internationally.
Angeline is also a Certified Behavioural Consultant by the Institute of Motivational Living (USA) for the DISC Personality System.
